Registration conditions

After receipt of your registration you will receive the registration confirmation and an invoice.

The participation fee for the course includes 7 % VAT.

If you cancel your registration up to 2 weeks before the start of the course, we will charge a processing fee of from 15,- €. In case of cancellation from 2 weeks to 5 days before the start of the course, half of the course fee is due. In case of cancellation at a later date, the entire course fee will be charged. Substitution of the registered participant by another participant is possible by arrangement. The course fee is to be transferred to the account stated in the invoice before the course begins.

We reserve the right to cancel the course if there are important reasons, e.g. too few participants. In this case, any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.

By registering, the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions of participation and payment. Furthermore, the participant agrees that the data provided may be stored by machine in the ISV or AfS and, if necessary, passed on to the bodies involved, taking data protection into account. The data will be stored and processed for inclusion in a list of participants, which will be made available to other course participants, in accordance with this data protection notice.

With your booking, we create a separate account for you in our e-learning system - in the event of a cancellation, we must therefore charge you an increased administration fee. from 60€ invoice.
